Specifications :

• Swing hammer type with multi row of well-balanced special type of hammers mounted on heavy duty M.S. disc Centrifugal blowers are lined with replaceable M.S. lining plates.
• The main driving shaft (EN-8) runs on a pair of heavy duty self-aligning ball/rollers bearing fitted in dust proof bearing housings.
• The M.S. Hammers are of special type and are duly balanced and hard faced with special electrodes.
• The bottom half of the Hammer Mill has a special type of replaceable screen for required output size (fineness).
• A manual feeder is provided for regular feed. Cyclone Air Separator complete with connecting pipes and angle iron frame for cyclone.
• A static type dust collector top & bottom without angle iron frame to collect fines.
• Complete Hammer Mill with bottom cone M.S. channel Frame for its mounting, but without electric motor, ‘V’ belts or any kind of electrical fittings.

Keeping in mind ever-evolving requirements of our respected clients, we are offering a premium quality range of Hammer Mill Machine. It's comprises of a heavy duty mild steel fabricated body (alternatively stainless steel construction can be provided in hammer mill wherever necessary). The grinding chamber of hammer mill is lined with serrated wear plates, which protects the body from wear and tear. A balanced rotor in hammer mill with a set of swing hammers accelerates the grinding process. The screen classifier forms the lower half of the grinding chamber of hammer mill. The blower in hammer mill is driven on a separate shaft with the help of a ‘v’ belt adjustable driven from the rotor shaft.

Operating principle of hammer mill :
The material to be crushed enters the hammer mill through gravity feed hopper having an adjustable slide to control the feed material. The material is crushed between the hammers and serrated liners. A powerful blower in hammer mill continuously sucks the ground material through a screen classifier and conveyed through the pipe into the cyclone for bagging. The blower maintains constant airflow in the Hammer Mill chamber in order to obtain a cool product and continuously cleans the screens, thus increasing the output. Particle size of the ground material can be varied over a large range by using sieves with the desired openings of hammer mill.
